This episode begins a crossover event that concludes on Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 1 “Here Comes The Sun”. In the last episode of Season 4, we saw how Maya was relieved of her duties. Because of Sullivan’s action at Maya and Carina’s Wedding, relationships take turns for the worst. Sullivan’s marriage with Andy also face some blow concerning his actions at the wedding. Dean controls his feelings and decides to put it past away while Travis reignites the old flame with Vic.
