The Unpaused movie’s official teaser from Amazon Prime Video is out today (3/12/2020). Unpaused is going to include five Hindi short films. The great directors Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, Nikkhil Advani, Avinash Arun, and Nitya Mehra have directed the films.
The idea for Unpaused came after the successful launch of Tamil’s five-film. The Tamil film that inspired the directors is Putnam Pudhu Kaalai. The two anthologies share the same themes as well. The five short films are Glitch, Rat-A-Tat, Vishaanu, Chaand Mubarak, and Apartment.

The movie is starring Ratna Pathak Shah, Richa Chadha, Sumeet Vyas, Gulshan Devaiah, Abhishek Banerjee, and others. The movie compiles various short films that give the themes of hope, second chances, and a fresh start. It is set in the background of Covid-19 lockdown in India.
The filmmakers have kept in mind all the rules of lockdown in Maharashtra. The movie release will be on 18th December 2020 on the OTT Platform, Amazon Prime. Abhishek Banerjee recently appeared in Amazon Prime’s web series named Pataal Lok. The web series was a super hit and gained a lot of fame, especially among the youth.
