It is due to release on October 14, 2021, at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC. The official title of this episode is ‘Hotter Than Hell‘ and it will be 60 minutes long. This episode will mark the return of ‘Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery’.
Her return will bring lots of changes to the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Will those changes suit Meredith Grey, well we just have to wait for the episode.

Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Recap
In the first episode, Meredith travels to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to attend the opening of a library. In that gathering, she meets Dr. Nick Marsh from her past. Her mother is suffering from Parkinson’s disease, to help her Meredith became the public face of a research center dedicated to curing the disease. Maggie and Winston enjoyed their honeymoon period. Owen and Teddy got engaged in Joe’s bar after their previous plan to do in the park were interrupted by the bike crashing.
In the second episode, Dr. Meredith Grey seeks some advice from Dr. Amelia Shepherd played by Caterina Scorsonez. At the hospital, Dr. Webber is energized and teaching doctors at a whole new level. A kidney failure case is handled by Dr. Winston.
