The Walking Dead Season 11 Episode 8 Spoilers
The episode will follow Maggie and Elijah as they infiltrate the Meridian as zombies to recover supplies taken from them. Meanwhile, the Reapers will be swamped by the approaching army of walkers. Leah will stab Pope to death.
The previous episodes have been building up to an epic showdown between Pope and Maggie, and this episode will bring them face-to-face. Daryl will have to tread cautiously in the middle of the turmoil to maintain his ruse. Back in Alexandria, the survivors will face a storm as well as the looming danger of the walkers.

In the previous episode, ‘Promises Broken,’ Maggie devises a strategy to reclaim the resources taken from them by the Reapers. She takes Gabriel’s help in scouting the route to the Meridian, and she asks Negan’s assistance in learning to fit in with the walkers they’ve just caught. Negan’s background as a Whisperer helps a lot.
Yumiko prepares to meet with Commonwealth Governor Pamela Milton to discuss her new position as her legal adviser. Meanwhile, Eugene’s squad is tasked with removing walker corpses from the Commonwealth’s boundaries. After a fight with Milton’s son outside the hospital, Eugene gets incarcerated, where Ezekiel receives cancer treatment.
As per Pope’s orders, a team of reapers is still on the lookout for Maggie and her posse. Leah and Daryl find a house where an old lady, her husband, and her son stay. Daryl considers informing Leah about his relationship with Maggie but decides against it. Maggie and Elijah, dressed as walkers, arrive at the Meridian as the episode ends.
