This episode is a masterpiece in time travel and alternate realities, in which Morty is given a mysterious device that allows him to watch himself die.

In the episode, you see Morty slowly change from hero to villain, corrupted by the “death crystals”.

9. Season 3, Episode 3: Pickle Rick

This episode focuses on Rick. in an attempt to avoid family therapy, Rick resorts to extreme means.

In this episode, another light is shed on Rick’s stubbornness and thirst for adventure.

pickle it also contains some of the best fight scenes. With Danny Trejo as a guest, the episode rightfully won an Emmy for the show.

8. Season 2, Episode 10: The Squancers Wedding

In this episode, Birdperson decides to get married.

Rick wonders if their friendship is still the same, so he and Morty go on an adventure to prove that it’s all the same.

This episode also includes one of rick and mortybigger twists.

7. Season 4, Episode 9: The Vat of Acid

In this episode, Rick invents a “save point”, a point you can return to when things get dangerous, to make up for mistakes, or to avoid death.

Naturally, an overzealous Morty abuses the device. Gradually, the ideas of responsibility and consequences are examined.

In a heartbreaking moment, Morty accidentally wipes out his life with a girl he’s fallen in love with.

6. Seizoen 1, Afevering 10: Close Rick-Counters Of The Rick Kind

The multiverse of rick and morty put to good use in this episode.

Rick is on trial for killing 27 other Ricks and it’s up to him and Morty to clear his name.

The episode is an obvious parody of the Spielberg movie. Close Encounters of the Third Kind and also introduces the first real villain: Evil Rick.

5: Season 5 Episode 1: Mort Dinner Rick Andre

In this episode, Rick’s nemesis, Mr. Cloud.

An uneasy ceasefire between the two takes center stage in this season opener.

Jessica, the girl Morty has a crush on, also goes through some things and grows up. This is one of the first times that she has experienced personal growth in an episode.

4. Season 5, Episode 10: Rickmurai Jack

jack rickmurai is known for perhaps the most impressive cliffhanger in the series.

Evil Morty sees all the universes from the Central Finite Curve, then walks through a golden portal.

The post-credits scene is also worth mentioning: we see an emotional Mr. Poopybutthole complain about his relationship after losing his job.

3. Season 2, Episode 4: Total Rickall

In this episode, based on the movie full recoveryStarring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sharon Stone, the Sanchez family is besieged by an alien parasite that plants false memories in their heads.

The episode is also different because the opening theme is different. Instead of Rick and Morty, we see Mr. Poopybutthole in every scene.

2. Season 3, Episode 1: The Rickshank Redemption

In this episode we return to the stories of the episode. The wedding squads. The Council of Ricks also returns.

The title is based on the movie. Life imprisonmentwith Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins.

Rick does a good deed by destroying the Galactic Federation by rendering its currency worthless.

1. Season 3, Episode 7: The Ricklantis Confusion

In Ricklantis’s confusion some key themes are cited, including LGBTQ, police brutality, and racism, which are reflected here in a world of Ricks and Mortys.

The episode also looks at power, unemployment, and politics through President Morty and a Morty settlement where crime is rampant.

Alcohol abuse is also discussed, in the form of drunken Ricks.
