Gwyneth Paltrow herself suffered greatly from the skiing accident in 2016 for which she was charged. According to her 18-year-old daughter Apple, the actress was “very upset” and in “a little bit of pain.” Apple says as much in a statement read Tuesday in a Park City, Utah court.

Terry Sanderson claims that the actress collided with him on a ski slope and that she suffered a brain injury and broken ribs. He claims compensation from Paltrow, who declared in court last Friday that he was not guilty of the accident.
The actress’s children were allowed to testify Tuesday, but were unable to be present at the case. That’s why Paltrow’s lawyer read her previous statements. Son Moses (16) says, among other things, that he did not see the collision, but heard his mother yell at Sanderson. “You bumped into me,” she supposedly said to herself.
Shocked
According to Apple, his mother was very shaken by the accident. ,, She didn’t want to ski for the rest of the day and she never does: she always stands up. But she decided to stop because she was surprised and a little hurt. She had never seen her so upset.”
The alleged victim claims compensation of more than $300,000 from Paltrow. The actress has demanded $1 in damages and attorneys’ fees. The jury will deliberate after closing arguments on Thursday.
Gwyneth Paltrow was married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin from 2003 to 2016. With him she got Apple and Moses.
